Keeping the room fresh and interesting to meet the needs of our Kindergarten students is so important and so much fun. The students have a cozy and comfortable reading nook now which they have named the "Snow Fort". The students can read and relax in their fort during choice and of course reading times throughout our day.
In Kindergarten, learning to work in partners, small groups, or as a whole class is imperative. Changing their tables spots on a monthly basis is purposeful so the children learn how to get along with everyone. "Team Kindergarten" worked on a large puzzle together and they met this challenge beautifully.
