February is so much fun with all of our special event learning. This week included dress as your favorite storybook character and learning about the voyageurs.
The Paper Bag Princess (aka Mrs. Petkau) is teaching us all about different clay techniques in Art Class.
We had a Sonja Harasim, a violinist do a read and play performance of the story The Man With the Violin by Kathy Stinson.
Mr. Badiuk, Mrs. Petkau and of course Madame Christensen led us in a fun sing song, dance and video to learn about the voyageurs.
Regular classes and learning take place along with these special events. Of course being able to enjoy fresh air and playtime is so important too.
